Dr Sidi get 5 stars from me but his office worker that sends in the pre authorization gets -5 stars. I had an appointment on October 15 and today is November 3rd and she hasn’t sent in paperwork for me. Medicare has reached out to her along with myself several times and still nothing. How would she feel if she needed a test done and her provider took forever to get it done? This is unacceptable!!!
