Disappointed that I booked an appointment for my son a month out, filled out all required paperwork in advance and received a confirmation call 2 days prior. All for the appointment to be cancelled the day of, an hour before scheduled time because the doctor doesn’t take children under 10. So no one knew this when initially booking the appointment?
