Matthew was the best real estate professional we ever worked with. He was involved in every phase of our home buying process. He used his local Park City knowledge to identify beautiful properties that were priced attractively. He helped us successfully come to a price resolution through his effective negotiation skills. He helped us find an attorney, a home inspector, a title company and even took inventory of all furnishings prior to closing. Matthew never pressured us to do anything. He was a joy to work with.

Matt showed us lots of properties in a very price diverse market, He is very savvy about business and finance and a real pleasure to work with. He was always willing to show us more properties even if it was unlikely we would buy any particular one. In fact, we had no intention of buying at the present time.
