Nice Shop, horrible Customer Service. Had them do a custom mod for a Camaro. 2 months later parts failed. Brian Manske assured me that all the work and parts were covered with warranty, once I brought the problem to his attention, he blew me off and stopped returning my phone calls. Took no ownership for the problem or even tried to rectify it with me. Brian had no problem accepting my $20,000 for the work and parts. Brain is as crooked as they come.
Brian at Sidework Performance has always been fair and the work is top notch. He is trustworthy and will not try to tell you need something fixed if you do not need it. The work has been great never a problem.
I have been going to Bryan for over 20 years. My family and friends also use Sidework because of their quality of work. They have fair prices and don't just fix parts for them to make a buck. They are very honest guys at that shop and I recommend everyone to them.
What great service!! I had an oil leak on our 2008 HHR. I called and spoke to Brian. He said to bring it over and he would take a look. Within 90 minutes he called with the diagnosis and have me an estimate. The car was ready later that afternoon, and the final bill was the exact amount he estimated - to the penny. A pleasant surprise. Then to top it all off, he surprised me by making the"foggy" headlight on the car look like new. I didn't even mention it to him. What an awesome blessing!! I definitely recommend this place.
