Horrible experience with Thomas. He was hired by the landlord to represent and show a listing. He failed to tell us about the black mold and lied about how easy the place would flood. As he would know these issues would come up because he was the listing agent for this space for previous businesses . False advertised and tricked us into signing a lease asap as he knew we were motivated small business owners looking to elevate our business from studio to store front .
