We had our boiler go out in 17-degree weather. I called Sideris, and Kimona was on top of the emegency request and responded quickly while providing updates on their eta. They got to me within 2.5 hours of that call. John Jr. came and assessed/resolved our boiler issue promptly. They are licensed and verified to work with Weil-McCain boilers, and it shows.
