I've had 2 recent experiences with this Company and both have been great. My heat wasn't working earlier this year and John Jr fixed it in no time at all. He walked me through the steps in the process and explained everything. Today, I had a burst water heater. Sylvia at the service desk was prompt in helping me set up an appointment. Hired this team to clear a clog in the sink Plumber broke off a handle, and team (Kimona) wanted to upcharge an additional $225 to fix. I then didn't have hot water for a night Plumber then broke off another handle in the basement Later that same night, I discovered that the tub stopped draining as well. Team came back the following day and then wanted to charge me almost 1k to fix the tub After gathering multiple opinions it seems like the initial plumber caused more issues than they fixed, and to make matters worse the tea... read more
