Titian & Katy are BRILLIANT! I love that you can walk in and customize your jewelry! My mom and I went in today and LOVED a piece, but it was too thick. In 5 minutes, Titian had made a solution! Mom is so pleased with her new necklace! It is EXACTLY what she wanted! You can’t walk in any other store and see jewelry you like that needs a little tweak and tell someone and get a solution on the spot! Side Lines, Inc. is my favorite place to shop for beautiful jewelry! I have never been disappointed!!

I have always loved Sidelines because of their unique jewelery. I had the most amazing experience with them recently. I purchased a ring a while back that was my absolute favorite ring I have ever purchased from there. The stone fell out of it and I lost it. I called the store and was going to see about purchasing a new stone or ring. They sent my ring back to the maker and they replaced the stone, cleaned the ring, and shipped back to me at no charge.
