Dr. Bryce Byrd and staff are excellent. The Ortho Virginia billing office is horrible. I've been having to fight for two months to get them to refund my insurance HRA to the tune of $432. I've made multiple phone calls and get no action. Unacceptable
Don’t waste your time. You’ll be waiting forever even with an appt. And the care is not worth it. Find a good orthopedic doctor.
