Recently Andrew assisted me in resolving an issue with a trainer they carry(purchased elsewhere). He took ownership of the situation and worked with the manufacturer to obtain the appropriate replacement part. Friendly staff-convenient location-attractive store. Highly recommended.
Great people who are willing to share knowledge and even some arm warmers if you happen to be a little underprepared. Best bike shop experience by far!
Called and asked if they had a particular bike rack in stock. They did. Asked when I could pick it up. They said as soon as it’s assembled. I asked if I could do it. They suggested I probably could. They were right. Literally an hour and a half after first calling I have a new rack mounted on my truck holding two bikes. Awesomesauce.
