Very helpful staff. Chris helped me over the phone finding their location and getting my daughters first bike ready to ride. They let my 3yr old try out the bikes they had on hand and, also assisted me in finding and ordering a bike perfect for her. Great service and a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend them!

Side country sports is the place to go for excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and dope gear!! I highly recommend buying or renting gear from them!
Horrible, the workers in the Rockland bike shop are always disrespectful to me and my friends. Saying my bike isn't worth upgrading and that I should just buy a stuntjumper, lol ridiculous if you want business give people respect. I have taken my mountain bike here to have them install a new derailleur and when I got home and tested it out the cogs of my derailleur blew apart and I had to find them. Sidecountry you need some improving 🤣🤣, from now on I'd rather go to bath cycle and ski.
