The carrot cake. ...best we've ever had ! And what a lovely nice baker!
This is by far our favorite bakery in town. Mrs. Chris is so kind to my 3 (sometimes loud) young children! They ask to go there all the time! We always get cupcakes for the kids, some fresh homemade organic bread and a buckeye to take home for their dad. I ordered a lemon meringue pie for Father's Day for my dad who said it was as good as his mom used to make (which is a huge compliment)! I highly recommend this local shop to anyone looking for good service and a tasty treat.

This is a very awesome and delicious business with extra measures of charm. Any time I'm in Southport, I will drop in and indulge! My granddaughter and grandson absolutely love her chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies! And I love her homemade breads that are sugar free. Just had my own homemade chicken salad on her cinnamon bread, toasted! I will drive the 45 minutes from Wilmington just to get it! Awesome.

I am new to the area and found this wonderful bakery in Southport. Great choices of cakes to be made for special order, many great desserts to choose from and the best homemade whole wheat bread ever! The owner is so sweet and accommodating making the visit to her bakery a nice experience every time.

First visit today. One of my twins got right in the owner's lap while she was working in her office. She was so sweet to my daughter, not to mention the Mississippi mud pie that I've already sampled was AMAZING! Highly recommend for delicious food and awesome customer service!

If you ever look for that one special place! Here it is! Great wonderful best bakery in southport hands down! And for lemon bars are out of this world! So if you are looking for a great treat for that special person or even events!

Wonderfully delicious and adorable little bakery...and just a stone's throw from our house! what's not to love! I HIGHLY recommend the apple fritters, Oreo truffles, Oreo brownies and the pecan pie bar. Heat the pecan pie bar for 15 seconds in the microwave and then put some whipped cream on top and it is worthy of being served with the fanciest of dinners!
