I would like to take my son here for a haircut because it's close to my home. On 4 occasions I have entered the shop and waited 30 min - 1 hour believing I was next in line to be serviced only to have one of the barbers friends to come in and cut my son in line. I have complained to the staff every time it has happened with only a dry apology. Today 12/16/12 I take my son in for a cut only to have the same thing happen again.
