Beena did an amazing job hosting our popup event. She accommodated us exceptionally well, ensured we had everything we needed, and kept everything organized and on track. Her attention to detail and professionalism made the event a success. Highly recommend working with her!
We had a great experience working with Beena for my husbands 50th birthday celebration. Once we gave her our vision, she was able to come up with some unique decor ideas that added a cool vibe to our event space! She was very approachable, and was able to work with us to stay within our budget. Beena Patel and her team at SideDoor Events were the event planners for our gala in 2024. They were organized, readily available, flexible, a great sounding board and all around a pleasure to work with. I do recommend them for event planning.

I have worked with Beena with Xperience Restaurant Group. The parties she puts on are simply incredible. From the talent, to the decor and flowers, every detail is curated to perfection. Our recent events with Bryan Cranston, Bruno Mars & Mark Wahlberg were showstoppers! Beena is amazing to work with and we love showcasing her talent through photography & videography.
