Tina was the first to message me. When I first arrived to the unit there was already a lock on thr unit and now keys or code as stated in email. I called and the let me know code to get it. All is as it should be now. I recommend and will use them in the future.
The person that answered was helpful and very polite.
A bit of a maze. A little confusing. A couple of Homeless living there, but overall, I liked it. Lol

I spoke to Steph today, and she was wonderful! Had a few problems remembering my unit number, and the phone number I signed up with , as I had a new one ready to give her. She assured me everything was fine and we worked around it to verify my identity. She's a joy!
