Terrible communication. Quoted a 8 to 10 week lead-time for rock slides. It's been just over 8 weeks but I've sent several emails requesting an estimated ship date. They've never responded. At this point I'm hoping I can cancel my order and get a refund. At 10 weeks I'll call the CC company and file a claim.
