Asked for a paper to be filled out for my electric company, they told me I needed an appointment. So I went to the appointment, they sent in blank paperwork. I called them again and they tried to force me into another premature appointment for the same paperwork. When I refused they terminated me as a patient. I'm a diabetic that takes insulin.....

Provider doesn’t follow guidelines pertaining to yearly physicals. She wants to see me in office every 3 months because I “take a lot of medications” (linzess, synthroid, aldactone, Retin-A, Zoloft)- no controls or black box labels. Complete waste of time and spending, and the doctor is unfriendly and rigid- not at all encouraging, positive, or warm. She’s also very overweight so I have a hard time believing she cares about her own health. The only positive thing I can say is that her office staff are friendly and warm!
