Wish we would have found them sooner! Was an amazing experience, from start to end. The team they have made us feel welcomed, was very informative and made extensive measures to make me and my wife feel secure in our new home! The left no doubt on the table for my family! Also prime location spot in Tyler, they can see the future of the town and are proactive with where they build for the families moving into their homes!
I don’t have enough kind words to say about every member of the Sidar team! They were responsive, flexible, generous, and patient throughout the entire process. They were also always true to their mission of glorifying God…and we couldn’t be happier with our home!

Desde el inicio la atención siempre fue cordial y transparente, una vez que empezamos con los tratos todo fluyó súper bien. La empresa es muy amable y tiene una excelente comunicación a lo largo de todo el proceso de construcción, no nos ocultaron nada, siempre fueron muy directos.Hasta el momento puedo decir que la construcción fue con la mejor calidad. We have been so pleased with this company. We bought a house virtually and they directed us the entire way. Once we arrived on property they made us feel at peace with our decision. If/ when we have any issue, they are sure quick to respond and take care of it. Thankful 😌
