Houses built by Sider Builders are affordable, beautiful, cozy, and durable. The staff are accommodating, friendly, helpful, and understanding. The location, particularly Medina Drive, is great, provided with a rural environment within an urban setting. I feel like I am staying at a resort and enjoying my vacation all the time!
June 2024 of this past year we closed on our home. We cannot praise the team enough on their professionalism, responsiveness, and availability to answer our questions handling and addressing our needs in a calm and timely manner from project start to finish and now through the warranty request period.
