ZERO STARS!! Just left i asked for my brows to be cleaned up and tinted she DIDNT know what she was doing when she was tinting my brows then had the nerve to have an attitude because i told her i didn’t like the tint she steady talking about the color! The color wasn’t the issue the messy ass application was the issue and it made my brows look stupid!! I will NEVER BE BACK!! $24 for some bullshit! 11/20/24 3:17pm

Clearly they don’t listen to the customer when you ask them just for a clean up. I left with two different eyebrow shapes and thin eyebrows.

I wish I could give this brown lady with a mask who works Sunday and Monday a zero star. She done a horrible job, I have got cuts all over my face. The way she scratched my chin, upper lips and my face was bleeding I asked her for some cooling gel and she came to offer me alcohol pads. Insane service!!!
