Tyler and Todd have been absolutely outstanding. Tyler has been on-site every day, closely monitoring the progress and keeping us consistently informed about next steps. There has not been any hiccups on the materials or timeline which we appreciate. I have never in my life experienced such sloppy and careless contractors in my life, and I'm seventy years old. It's evident that these Grinker employees act with impunity causing major damage to, the doors, sinks, hallways, and even the lawns. I would never, ever even consider hiring these contractors.

Professional and very responsive. I am an owner of a condo and had some water damage to the ceiling of my bathroom. Their response was rapid and flexible with my schedule. They were thorough in checking for mold before completing the repair. The final product was great. Afterward they arranged for a final cleaning of the area. Thank you to Tyler, Todd, mitigation and drywall crew and Tracy (final cleaning service) did a fantastic job.
