Literally cannot express the gratitude I have. My apartment caught fire at 7am and they were in and cleaning by 9:30am the same day. I have never been in a fire and the team who came today were some of the most caring, patient, and supportive people I’ve ever met. The supervisor who came today was knowledgeable about not only restoration, but also with insurance and how I can make filing an insurance claim easier. Long story short, I wish the work ethic and overall quality of this company was more common.

Recently, our condo management engaged the services of Sid Grinker Restoration to repair water damage in my condo. Tyler and his crew did an outstanding job with assessing the damage thoroughly, explaining the process in detail, and restoring the damaged area to its original condition. I'm the Vice Commander of the American Legion Post 449 in Brookfield. We had a drain back up that flooded our lounge on Thursday we thought we were going to have to close all weekend. They came in on Friday morning and we were able to open Saturday they really saved us. Awesome company, Tyler was professional everyone was great. We will always call them in the future. Todd and Tyler were absolutely great to work with after my house sustained roof and interior damage due to a recent storm. They were on schedule and kept me updated at each step of the process. The work was nothing but professional. When my insurance provider failed to adequately cover the expenses, they worked with me on containing costs. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Chris
