I have never in my life experienced such sloppy and careless contractors in my life, and I'm seventy years old. It's evident that these Grinker employees act with impunity causing major damage to, the doors, sinks, hallways, and even the lawns. I would never, ever even consider hiring these contractors.

What can I say! We noticed our floor was spongy and knew we had some type of water damage. Our first point of contact was Jerry. He is such an awesome guy! Explained the problem and the next day, Cat showed up. She went straight to work and found where the water was coming from. She opened up the floor and we saw all the water. That same day she had fans and a dehumidifier delivered. Then she had the carpenters come (Mike and Keith) put a temporary floor in order for me to be able to use my walker and not trip. Recently, our condo management engaged the services of Sid Grinker Restoration to repair water damage in my condo. Tyler and his crew did an outstanding job with assessing the damage thoroughly, explaining the process in detail, and restoring the damaged area to its original condition. We had a disastrous water damage issue in my sister in law's condo and was feeling completely overwhelmed. This company has been with our apartment complex since the August 2025 floods and have handled all aspects of clean up and restoration. It's taken awhile because there are so many units to work on but they keep us informed. They are ALL polite, they clean up after each project, they let me know when they're coming and when they're done with each step. They've all worked SO HARD. The restorations are just stunning.
