Literally cannot express the gratitude I have. My apartment caught fire at 7am and they were in and cleaning by 9:30am the same day. I have never been in a fire and the team who came today were some of the most caring, patient, and supportive people I’ve ever met. The supervisor who came today was knowledgeable about not only restoration, but also with insurance and how I can make filing an insurance claim easier. Long story short, I wish the work ethic and overall quality of this company was more common.

I'm the Vice Commander of the American Legion Post 449 in Brookfield. We had a drain back up that flooded our lounge on Thursday we thought we were going to have to close all weekend. They came in on Friday morning and we were able to open Saturday they really saved us. Awesome company, Tyler was professional everyone was great. We will always call them in the future. I highly recommend Sid Grinker Restoration

Tyler and Todd have been absolutely outstanding. Tyler has been on-site every day, closely monitoring the progress and keeping us consistently informed about next steps. There has not been any hiccups on the materials or timeline which we appreciate. Todd has also been incredibly responsive—he even secured a quote for us while he was on PTO so we could submit it to insurance as soon as possible. Recently, our condo management engaged the services of Sid Grinker Restoration to repair water damage in my condo. Tyler and his crew did an outstanding job with assessing the damage thoroughly, explaining the process in detail, and restoring the damaged area to its original condition. I have never in my life experienced such sloppy and careless contractors in my life, and I'm seventy years old. It's evident that these Grinker employees act with impunity causing major damage to, the doors, sinks, hallways, and even the lawns. I would never, ever even consider hiring these contractors.
