Terrible customer service from Danielle. From the date I went there to get my ring resized and appraised was hustle. They insisted they needed my prior appraisal to get information for them to appraise. This has never happened before with other jewelry. I had to resize my wedding and engagement rings. Some places wanted to charge 400$ for both rings. Brought it to S&F and they did a great job of resizing and polishing for 128$! They did the job in 5 days. My rings look like new! Thanks
