My family has been a customer at Sid Dillon-Wahoo for a long time, both service and sales. This service appointment, like usual, I was very pleased with the service provided, the value for my dollars spent, and impressed with the high level of personalized customer service.
Mobile service was great
Sid Dillon has been taking great care of my Buick since I purchased it from them. Their service is stellar. I was especially impressed by the after service video I received of the tech checking my car prior to servicing it. Wahoo is the place to go for expert & courteous customer care.
We love coming here for service on all of our vehicles. We are always greeted by several employees in a courteous and professional manner. There are always coffee, donuts, and even a newspaper to read or tv to watch while we wait. Our service work was done in a timely manner and we were kept up to date on the status. I would definitely recommend the Wahoo Sid Dillon dealership for any of your automotive needs, whether you are shopping for a new or used vehicle or needing service on your current vehicle!!!
Terrible service technician! Took my car in for oil change and the guy put my air filter back in backwards! Car died on me the next day. ended up with a $200 towing bill but thankfully the Lincoln, NE Nissan Dealership covered the cost of the repairs needed to get my car running again.
