I went there looking at a truck they advertised. The truck in the ad looked great and relatively rust free. It had plastic around the tires that looked new, and a bug gaurd in front. In talking to the salesman, we worried there might be rust under the plastic. He basically said he didn't think so... well he actually did know about the rust. I purchased a used vehicle in 2019 from this company and recently found out that the head gasket needs replaced. The mechanics that worked on the vehicle had sealed the gasket from the outside instead of repairing it prior to selling it. Now it's leaking oil on the exhaust manifold making the vehicle a safety hazard. They have lost a customer as I will never purchase another vehicle from them again and recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from them not to.

Our records show you bought this 2005 **** cherokee from our Fremont ***** location August 19th ,**** Bell street location. it was a 146000 mile $5300 Cherokee that was sold as is due to age and miles. Our service records and customer records at all the stores don't show any conversation about this or that you had a problem. Was sold an SUV for $12K and within 6 months it needed a new engine and over $3K in repairs. After weeks of back and forth contact, they only agreed to pay $800 total. We went to them because it was a local business we thought we could trust. We bought a used vehicle and did not have a warranty.
They did 10,000.00 worth of work on my ***** and messed the front end up and want another 1500.00 to fix it

After visiting with the Body shop and Service managers on this, the body work which was done by insurance for the accident was completed and the realignment was done correctly. However the vibration noticed by the owner was relooked at and determined to be faulty struts as they were leaking and showing alot of play. This was not caused by the accident or anything we did here, with 136000 miles its a wear item and not covered by the insurance claim.
