Tried ordering directly through florist website for the first time (instead of Proflowers or 1800flowers) and am very happy with the service! Driver called ahead to ensure the recipient was there to receive (it was a business location), flowers are SO much nicer then when ordered for delivery through the other sites- and this was free same-day! The arranging leaves a little to be desired, but overall very pleased.
I ordered these flowers for my Sister. Her Roses never came : ( You charged me almost $63 for nothing. After one day I called a woman answered the phone said she knew they never delivered. It’s been 3 business days still did not fill my order. The last two days I can not get a human to answer the phone. I have called multiple times and emailed several times. No body responds So I am asking on here PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. I can’t believe this : (
