It's been a while since this incident, but I still decided I should leave an honest review. I've contacted them a couple of times before for minor issues like tire changes, but this time I needed to fix a fork leak and decided to also install new springs. When I arrived, Sean kept praising how clean and perfect my bike was. Phone receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Immediately turned me off from bringing my bike to service.
