RecommendedI dropped my 96 impala off to the crew a sick sideways by luck I guess and ended up doing an engine swap I’d like to think my patience made the guys go above and beyond my expectations because when I walked in that shop the other day I was ecstatic about how that engine looked in my car and to hear it run after 2yrs was even more joyful I’d like to thank John and his staff for an excellent job they did!
I only had the fortune to run once with Sick Sideways but it was an amazing experience. First (and only) time in an MX-5 cup car for me and we missed fast lap by .01 as I recall. The team gave me a great car and excellent data analysis which lowered the learning curve immensely. Everyone was professional and easy to get along with... and the team had the fastest stable of drivers at the event who were all helpful and knowledgeable. If I was in the MX-5 cup game, I’d definitely go to Sick Sideways first.

Great team led by John Dean at Sick Sideways. Not only are they outstanding drivers who are national championships winners...They are also incredibly knowledgeable guys who know how to build and set up cars at a world class level. And, despite all this they are down to earth folks who always have gone the extra mile to help me out and take care of my car. Sebring drivers are lucky to have a shop like this just up the road.
