Watch credit card receipt! – Food is good; delivery is really slow. Be prepared to wait at least one hour. Most important: if paying by credit card, keep receipt to compare to statement. They are notorious for adding fake charges, usually only a dollar or so, but it adds up!

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE – I agree with other reviewers, they care about their money first customer last. It is family owned/operated, so if they don't feel like working (and choose to close during advertised open business hours) and if they poorly cook your pizza and feel like being rude to you or feel like keeping your money with no effort to help you or fix it, they will. Raw Ravioli – I received our food after almost two hours. I called and called and was just told that it was on the way. When we got it, the spinach ravioli was dough! I called them and they asked me what I wanted them to do? Well, cooked food would be good. They said it would be about 1.5 hours before they could re-deliver. I think not. Total disappointment – We've ordered from Sicily (at another location) and have always been pleased. We moved into a new apartment complex only a mile from this Louetta location. We ordered some friend mushrooms, 2 spaghetti dinners with salads and dessert. When the driver arrived he had only one dinner. He then argued with me that I had ordered only one. Shameful and Legally Questionable Customer Service BEWARE! – Five days ago, my wife ordered a pizza, then asked how long for delivery. When the pizza guy told her it would be an hour to hour and a half, my wife said that was too long and cancelled the order. An hour later the pizza arrives at our house anyway. Great Pizza, good service – I had quite a pleasant experience with Sicily Pizza. The people were friendly, the food, which was the pizza and several sub sandwiches was great. This is real pizza with good ingredients and plenty of toppings. Very good food, prompt delivery and great service.

Agressive and Hostile Service – We'ev used this place 4-6 times over the past year and seldom experienced good service, but the pizza was good enough to ignore the bad service. However, this month they fouled up our credit card order. Even though we had signed a credit card receipt, the manager called and became abusive and belligerent over the phone, using abusive language and asked that we not use them again.
