I’ve dined in and ordered takeout so many times, food has always been so good. I’ve taken my friends here many times and never get disappointed. This is my GO TO Chinese food in Plano
I’ve placed two pickup orders from this restaurant, and both times my order was incorrect. I let the first mistake go, but when it happened again on my second order, I called the restaurant to see if there was a way to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the response was disappointing. I was told the only option was to drive 60 mins back to the restaurant and exchange the dish. 服了 吃完拉了两天肚子？！？！ Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience after eating here. I had diarrhea for two days after my meal.
Ordered pickup food from there, I didn’t check the food, but when I got back home and found out they gave me wrong item. But made me more disappointed is they they did this mistake and refused to refund the item, and asked to drive 40mins back to give the wrong item back?? Are they trying to sell it to other customers?
