I can't say enough about how much we love our home from SICA MODULAR in Lavallette. From start of the design process to finish of the house they were so helpful and honest. Great customer service in the office and the job supervisors Don and John where so helpful and always onsite to answer any questions. Even after we moved in if I had a question or needed service they came out asap to help. My husband and I are very pleased
We used SICA to rebuild after Sandy. We knew exactly what we wanted and we were pretty easy customers. After the modular was up and the inside work started we started to experience issues. From missing facets (we bought) to numerous workman ship issues, to the fact that we had put one year inspection with them in year two to the most important issue of central air and heating not addressed. Of course our warranty is over and SICA continues to toss us aside as "former" clients. Buyer beware.
These people are the worst. Total incompetence from designer to project management. They tell you what you want to hear and then do what they want.
Excellent sales people. I felt very comfortable and informed, they know what they are doing. I did my research and this is an excellent company.
Modular homes We went to Sica when we were considering putting up a modular home. The sales people were very helpful and told us what we needed to know in order to put a modular up. The only thing that I was not happy with is that they did not have any models so you could see what the houses look like before you purchase one. Their price were reasonable. A place to consider if you are thinking about going modular.
