Mike and Michael were super-helpful. Set up several bikes for me to test on a sunny Ann Arbor early afternoon. I was back by the end of the afternoon to make a purchase. Knowledgable and no-bullshit... they know their stuff. This was my first "good bike" purchase and they made it a fun, painless experience. Lots of care for down the road as well. They really seem to want to cultivate their customers for the long term.
After getting my bike fitted by Jessica, I purchased new handle bars, a new seat, a new chain, and pedals. I rode record time yesterday for a 20 mile course. I had no idea that bike fitting was so important. Thanks Sic Transit Cycles! You Guys Rock!!!
Michael and Joe are awesome to work with for all your cycling needs. I purchased my Linus bike a month ago and we went back yesterday and my husband bought himself a Jamis Hudson. We love Sic Transit!
Sic Transit was able to get me a special order shimano 105 shifter THE DAY that I asked so I could get it for a crit the next day (very untimely shifter issues). They waited until after closing time so I could pick it up. They saved my butt for my race the next day.
