Will never buy a bike from this shop based on their service. Just moved to Ann Arbor hoping to find a good bike shop but we’ll keep looking. Lots of good reviews but not our experience at all.

RecommendedBought my last two bikes there, a Jamis and a Bianchi. Get all my service there. Just got a drivetrain replaced (I wore it out) and a tuneup. On time and at the estimate. Definitely recommend both service and sales.
I commute to Ann Arbor (a bit of cycling, bus, and train) and this place is relatively close to my work. Gave them a call to see if they can address a shifting/derailing problem as a walk-in turn around. They said no problem... bring it in.. Biked over, Kevin took a look, fixed my bike and had me out the door in 20min.
Thanks to the guys here I got my first grave bike yesterday!

Willing to fix old stuff (my bike is 1972, with little tires). Hard to find (lots of one ways streets around them) and communicate but worth the struggle.
The people. The team there is awesome and they take the time to talk with you so you understand what you are buying and have everything you need to make the best choice.
Love that they offer bike packing camp outs. Great way to try with others to make you less nervous.
