We absolutely love Downing Pediatrics staff and their environment! They always get us right in and take every question and concern seriously. The urgent care is also a lifesaver! Great addition!
My girls see Dianne Castle and we absolutely love her. She is very knowledgeable and direct, which I appreciate. She listens to my concerns and has even referred my kids to specialist as needed. She always makes time to see my kiddos. Visits are quick and easy every time!! Love this place and all of the providers, couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
We rarely have to wait long to be seen, but have always been taken to a room immediately vs staying in the waiting area. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, and my daughter has always received great care.
