UPDATE: On Sept 22, 2026—five days after posting my review—Sheryl Lam of Silberman & Lam filed a $100,000 attorney-fee lien against my claim. Given the timing and circumstances surrounding Loc Pham’s withdrawal, I find this deeply disturbing and believe it was retaliatory and exploitative. My experience with Loc Pham and Silberman & Lam was deeply frustrating. The biggest problem was not simply disagreement over strategy, it was Loc’s arrogant, dismissive, and condescending communication style, which made an already complicated workers’ compensation claim much more difficult. This law firm is very helpful and ethical in obtaining benefits for their clients. I was not aware that i would have been eligible for sibtf benefits until they explained it to me. they obtained a large workers compensation settlement for me, as well as a large sibtf ongoing lifetime award.
