I paid out-of-pocket for testing and waited almost a month for results that were never sent out, postponing treatment in the meantime. I discovered when I followed up that no one ever answers the phone and that messages are not responded to (the nurse at my doctor's office had the same experience). I had this place send me an at home test kit for SIBO, paid out of pocket for testing. Did their prep exactly as specified, did the test specifically as specified, packaged what they wanted back exactly as specified (they do a poor method of sending vial back). I also sent in their form to request my results for myself as they send them to your doctor. First after they recieved the vials back I wasn't notified of any issue. Most stressful company to deal with. How do you contact a large organization when the phone number is disconnected and emails will not go through. $199 in the gartbage.
