Barely pick up phone
These guys are extremely racist. They listen and address the complaints of white tenants over those of color. Also we did an analysis and they charge people of color higher rents than white people for similar units in our building. These people are garbage.
They don't give enough heat to the tenant of 402 ocean parkway. Most of the time they don't pick up phone! Always I need to depend on my personal heater.
