The coils went out on our 8 yr old A/C causing water damage in walls and on our flooring. Except for deciding on paint color to repaint and deciding on flooring because the existing flooring was discontinued we had no stressful decisions to make or think about. The removal of the damaged wall was an extremely clean process and as work was completed our house stayed very clean and dust free!
