This agent was a huge letdown. They showed little interest once they found out our budget and stopped putting in any real effort. Communication was poor, and we often felt ignored. Instead of working with us, they kept trying to push homes way beyond what we wanted. It felt like they cared more about their paycheck than actually helping us. If you want an agent who listens and respects your limits, look elsewhere.
This agent was a huge disappointment. The moment we shared our budget, the effort dropped off completely. We sent listings—no response. Instead of helping us find something that fit our needs, she kept pushing us to spend more than we were comfortable with. There was zero professionalism, no follow-through, and definitely no real interest in helping us. If you’re not looking to overspend, don’t expect much from this agent. Complete waste of time.
Blake H. was incredibly rude, incompetent, unreasonable, and overall just difficult to work with. I truly do not understand how someone with this kind of behavior has a job at this otherwise good company. I'm sure one lost sale doesn't mean much, but reputations matter.
