Ray and Cathy worked together to sell my parents house and were AMAZING!! The communication with both my elderly parents and me being out of town was fantastic. The care they had for my parents was above and beyond and you can’t find that everywhere! The cherry on top was them handling a major obstacle that none of us anticipated that came up the week of closing. I am forever grateful to them for providing such an easy transition for my parents!
Ray and Cathy are a God send. They were able to help my aging parents overcome an unexpected obstacle in the selling process. They fought for us to get a fair price for the house amongst other things. A house is a huge asset and it can be scary navigating a successful sale, but it went really well and as stress free as possible. I can only speak on my experience.
I'm a business owner and I hate writing bad reviews, but I have to warn others about my experience. I had been a loyal Sibcy Cline client since 2019. Our real estate agent, Greg, had us sign a "buyer representation agreement" without providing a copy or disclosing the terms. We signed it out of trust and were later shocked to discover it was a one-year contract we never would have agreed to. When we tried to resolve this with Stephanie, she refused to help.
