Late afternoon snack/lunch was delicious, and staff very friendly and personable.
Extra crispy smoked hot wings, tender fall-off-the-bone ribs with hot sauce, tasty collard greens...these are a few of my favorite things from Sibby's. Great BBQ. We have loved everything we've had there.
The wife and I have been wanting to try this place for a while after seeing all the reviews and they didn't disappoint. The spicy sauce was amazing to go with my ribs that had meat just falling off the bone as well as the pulled pork and brisket! We will definitely going back soon!
Really enjoyed our lunch. Grandpa is from Texas and he thought it was delicious. Especially the collard greens and brisket.
Shared a half rack of baby back ribs with mac and cheese and fries. I don't think I've ever seen ribs with so much moist meat on them! Very tasty! Everything was piping hot when it was served. Very nice server as well. We will definitely be back for more!
