We worked with Jackson and Jeff on purchasing a Townhouse in Phoenix. I am truly surprised at how much knowledge is required to conclude such a "routine" transaction. We submitted a serious offer on a home listed by the Sibbach team and never even received a counter. Just two weeks later, the property sold for less than our offer. As first-time homebuyers, the experience left us feeling dismissed and not taken seriously.
