Very unprofessional. Noboby I was able to talk to spoke any English and told me to email my question. I did and never heard a response back. Tried calling a number of times and got hung up on more than once when I asked for someone that spoke English. Be aware doing business with them. I see they have a number of bad reviews.

They work with Banco Pichincha, so I am somewhat inclined to work with them. However, their system is terrible—I'd give it zero stars—and their customer service is usually just as bad, barely deserving one star. They have so many issues.
