Had a service guy come out to fix a leaking ice maker. After he left, we found out the leak was not fixed and further damage was caused to my floors. I called to let the service department know there was an issue with this and all I received was a "sorry that happened." No offer to refund the money that I paid to have the service done correctly. $120 wasted. I'll know better next time.
