Dr. Okhovat crowned one of my teeth approximately two years ago. When I moved to Louisiana this summer, I made an appointment with a new dentist to have my teeth cleaned. When they took x-rays, it was brought to my attention that the crown Dr. Okhovat put on was done incorrectly (seated improperly) and decay was in that area.
