Dr. Okhovat crowned one of my teeth approximately two years ago. When I moved to Louisiana this summer, I made an appointment with a new dentist to have my teeth cleaned. When they took x-rays, it was brought to my attention that the crown Dr. Okhovat put on was done incorrectly (seated improperly) and decay was in that area. I have dental insurance that pays 60% for crowns. Unfortunately for me, because it had not been five years, I had to pay out of pocket for the replacement crown and it wasn't cheap.
