After virtually giving up hope of finding even a mediocre Thai restaurant in Portland, I happened across this jewel. Fresh, nicely spiced, beautifully presented Thai food.
good food – use 1 coupon for dinner for two and it was pretty good. good service. you can find coupon at safeway
Impressive – Recently had pad thai here, and it was a cut above many other places I've tried. Large portion, fair price, and the medium spice was just spicy enough for my tastes. I was very surpised at the beautiful decor in the restaurant, it definitely doesn't look like a typical restaurant in a strip mall. Nice of them to offer a punch card to use for a credit one day, very few places offer those anymore.
Worst service – The waiter maybe he is also the owner too with very short hair. He ignored customer when I requested something, and threw the To go food that I am waiting for! Very violent!
Medium food and terrible service – We went there for my birthday. We were 4 adults and 2 kids (1 yr and 3 yrs). The food was fine (not impressive compared to PF Chang, for example, but still not bad). However, our waitress disappeared once she brought the food. We had to wait more than 10 minutes to find her and ask for more rice and a sauce (the restaurant was empty except for us and another table). I used to love this place... – I used to love this place. I would go here literally once or twice a week, for lunch AND dinner... my favorites were the curries, pad-ke-mao, and golden cashew chicken. The food was nummy and decor was comfortable. And the staff was always friendly. BUT. Something seems to have changed in the last several months. Shocked! A "must try" for any true Thai food fan. – Wow, I did not expect to be totally astonished by the beauty of the restaurant. My daughter and I were looking for a quick lunch and stumbled upon this restaurant close to our house. To start out, I must say somebody invested in their dream on this place. Great Job! Great Food...When They get Your Order Right! – We used to eat here all the time because it is so close to our house, but the last few times we've ordered takeout, they've gotten the order wrong. There's nothing worse than having your heart set on something and then getting home to find it isn't in the bag!!
