Poompaka "Pio" Komolvasri was born in Bangkok, Thailand, where she developed a love of traditional and fusion Thai food. Pio earned a B.A. in Accounting at Ramkhamheng University, Bangkok, in 1980. She moved with her family to the United States in 1992, where she studied English as she learned the restaurant business. DRY FOOD WARNING!!! My husband and i went there for our anniversary just yesterday on Nov 2nd 2012, the service was nice, but the fish and the Kitsu, (pork steak) was very dry and stiff. If that wasn't bad enough they forced a tip. a tip over 5.00 dollars on the recept. i thought that was sneaky. i would of given them a tip,but to have it apart of the order was not right. it was a 19.00 dollar salmon plate! DRY SALMON. Do not go here if you like moisture to your food. yes the people are nice the decor was very nice, but the ... read more

The place is set in a nice quiet lounge like area in a large shopping mall. It is very relaxing on the inside and the service is nice and friendly, and the food was ready very quickly. On the poor side, the food realy was just average, i was not impressed with the sushi, id rate the sushi 53/100 not very enjoyable, but the rest was positive so it kind of made up for it.
delicious, fresh sushi – Very good sushi restaurant, best in the area. It is also very big and roomy, so there is never a wait. The prices are reasonable and they have a large menu with many options. Highly recommended-
