I have been receiving remedial massage elsewhere and decided to try this one however it was an unpleasant experience overall. There was no confirmation text or phone call before my appointment. At point of check in, I was going to have 90 mins but was told I can only have 60 mins. During my deep tissue massage, the therapist didn’t check my preferred pressure level and placed hot stones on my back directly without checking if temperature were too hot for me which burned me twice.
