Dr Yusuf and his team did a great job duringmy procedure!!
Dr. Yusuf is a fine doctor and I have seen him for years. Before my recent colonoscopy on 5/31/24, I asked him if he would check my prostate and he agreed that he would. As I didn't see him after recovery or get any report regarding that, I messaged his office and got a response from Pinnacle staff Kelli Arends stating that it is likely that he didn't do one so I asked her to give me access to him or to ask him for me because he told me he would do this, (not it's not my job). I hate to write a review about this doctor, as I have no issues with him personally. However this review is in regards to his Eaton Rapids staff. My first complaint is that after reading the instructions for a colonoscopy, I saw that we were supposed to be getting a prescription sent to our pharmacy 2-1 weeks prior to the date of the procedure. I also saw that we were supposed to receive a call from a nurse who collects medical history. It was exactly 1 week prior to the procedure and we had not received a call or had anythi... read more
