I moved into an apartment in southern Illinois recently and really appreciated the ease at which everything went in renting the property. Hunter made the process seamless from beginning to end. Even after moving in Hunter made himself available to answer questions I had about the property. Thanks for all your help and I will be recommending Hunter and SI Property Management to others.
We worked with this company as owners for more than 10 years. The service has at times been good and at times been horrendous. We've recently broke with the company because of severe mismanagement, lying, not picking up the phone (for us or for tenants). We cannot reach the office or maintenance. When problems with the property, we are sometimes contacted, sometimes not. We have asked for bids for large maintenance and not received them.
