I moved into an apartment in southern Illinois recently and really appreciated the ease at which everything went in renting the property. Hunter made the process seamless from beginning to end. Even after moving in Hunter made himself available to answer questions I had about the property. Thanks for all your help and I will be recommending Hunter and SI Property Management to others.
We worked with this company as owners for more than 10 years. The service has at times been good and at times been horrendous. We've recently broke with the company because of severe mismanagement, lying, not picking up the phone (for us or for tenants). We cannot reach the office or maintenance. When problems with the property, we are sometimes contacted, sometimes not. We have asked for bids for large maintenance and not received them. Excellent company to work with
having a homeowners packet explaining what needs or should be done for a rental for homeowners so there is no miscommunication. Good contact information for the homeowner. Communicate with the homeowner monthly and not just by text message. Homeowners online portal needs to be updated and in working order. Actually doing inspections to make sure the house is not getting damaged and the tenants are following the lease and do not need anything.
