I would give 10 stars if I could. I was looking for a good slice of pizza during my lunch break at work, and saw that Si-Pie opening in 10 minutes. Met the owner as he was unloading the days ingredients out of his car and asked how long the wait was. He said he'd throw a pie in immediately for me as I waited in my car. The owner then comes out TO my car and hands me a slice of the BEST tasting veggie pizza I've had in Chicago. The slice was HUGE, and mouthwatering-ly delicious. Cool, welcoming environment inside.
