The first time I had Sam and he gave me a wonderful pedicure and a wonderful foot massage. Sam was not available so they gave me Mimi. She kept telling me things about how I should want to have my calluses filed but I don't want them filed so when it came time to put color on or give me a massage. She just said you don't need color. And she basically rubbed lotion on my calves but never gave me the foot massage I got from Sam. So I gave her a smaller tip than I would have given her. But I'm not going to go back to her.
